Graduated from Beihang University in Beijing and City University of Hong Kong, Simona found great interest in social media strategies with her academic background of marketing. During her diverse internship, she gained ability of social media platform operation, brand promotion and business development. As an account executive, Simona joined DSIGN in 2019 to take charge of strategies planning on different social media platforms. 

She thinks that all we need are three steps to develop an effective social media marketing strategy – attract attention, deliver value and finally deeper the connection between a brand and its customers.
